We combine legal expertise in commercial real estate, private securities (syndications and funds), and corporate law with a national title company affiliation. Our team assists with purchase and sale agreements, financing negotiations, structuring of private equity/syndication capital raises and securities compliance, and closing transactions as a title company, averaging over $1B in transaction closings annually across a diverse array of assets. Competitive salary Unlimited PTO Medical/dental/vision Job Details Responsibilities: Manage the escrow process from opening to closing, including receiving and processing escrow instructions, preparing and reviewing closing documents, and coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and other parties to ensure a smooth transaction. Ensure all parties adhere to the terms of the contract and lender requirements. Manage escrow accounts, ensuring accurate collection and disbursement of funds, including closing costs, taxes, and loan payoffs. Gather necessary information, clear title and document issues, and keep all parties informed of the transaction status. Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing escrow transactions, including preparing and reviewing documents for accuracy and authenticity. Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including correspondence, documents, and financial transactions. Identify and resolve any title or lien issues, discrepancies, or other challenges that may arise during the escrow process. Qualifications: 2 years of experience as an Escrow Officer. Experience in commercial real estate transactions preferred. Strong understanding of escrow processes, title insurance, real estate law, and related regulations.
