exceptional client experience. Qualifications: *Licensed to
practice law in Texas * 3 years of relevant legal experience, with
a demonstrated focus on family law * Strong trial and litigation
advocacy skills * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal
communication abilities * Strategic thinker with strong planning
and analytical skills * Ability to maintain a flexible work
schedule, including occasional travel * Demonstrated accountability
and a strong work ethic * Consistent and reliable attendance record
Responsibilities: *We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated
attorney with initiative and a commitment to family law to join our
Family Department. Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Managing
Attorney, Family Department Primary Duties: *Manage a caseload of
approximately 75 active family law cases through all stages of
litigation *Monitor cases to ensure compliance with deadlines and
procedural requirements *Conduct monthly case reviews to ensure
proper documentation and file maintenance *Draft and revise legal
documents, including petitions, answers, counterpetitions, motions,
and final orders *Prepare and respond to pre-trial discovery *Serve
as lead counsel in hearings, bench trials, and jury trials
*Represent clients in mediation, depositions, and other pre-trial
proceedings *Handle post-judgment motions, including motions for
new trial, bills of review, and appeals *Collaborate with fellow
attorneys and assist the Managing Attorney as needed *Attend Family
Department meetings and contribute to team initiatives *Build and
maintain positive relationships with clients, attorneys, court
personnel, and judges *Additional duties as assigned by the
