Litigation Attorney for their innovative, diverse, and
growth-oriented team! The ideal candidate will have significant
experience handling Construction Defect cases for both General
Contractors and Subcontractors. This position offers the
opportunity to litigate high-exposure cases against accomplished
opponents. In doing so, you will be given significant
responsibility, including motions, discovery, case management and
development of litigation strategy. You will be working alongside
seasoned trial lawyers who will encourage you to develop your
