Salary: $150,000 - $205,000 per year A bit about us: Mid-sized law firm looking to hire an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney for their innovative, diverse, and growth-oriented team! The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling Construction Defect cases for both General Contractors and Subcontractors. This position offers the opportunity to litigate high-exposure cases against accomplished opponents. In doing so, you will be given significant responsibility, including motions, discovery, case management and development of litigation strategy.
