Job Overview: The Seasonal Warehouse Associate 3 is responsible for the accurate storing, shipping, and receiving of products to meet company safety, security, and productivity standards. The Seasonal Warehouse Associate 3 will be required to perform various functions including receiver/checker, order filler/picker, forklift operator, and quality auditor. The Seasonal Warehouse Associate 3 is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of any material handling equipment required to perform his/her daily functions. A Seasonal Warehouse Associate 3 has moderate experience in warehousing, can operate 1 or more pieces of equipment, and perform receiving and/or shipping functions. Pay: $18.50 / Hourly Responsibilities: Receiving / Put-Away: Unload inbound shipments safely, count products, compare to manifests, and inspect shipments for damage. Report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments to the supervisor and store merchandise in the correct locations. Order Picking: Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring the correct products and quantities are selected. Move orders to proper staging areas. Quality Control: Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report any quality variances. Loading: Load product into trailers safely and efficiently from staging or storage areas. Ensure all items are properly stacked, wrapped, and secured according to company procedures. Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required. Assist with loading and unloading merchandise and use radio frequency equipment for picking, receiving, and storing functions. Safety / Sanitation / Security: Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with OSHA and SDS standards.
