Highlights:
Your passion is ensuring a successful sales cycle by developing marketing qualified leads (MQLs). As a Sales Development Representative, you accelerate sales by conducting outbound prospecting processes and client discovery appointments. You focus on initiating contact with clients who have expressed interest in targeted technologies. You maximize the success of outside sales professionals by identifying client needs, determining serviceability and potential solutions while qualifying the client intent to purchase.
You excel at exciting qualified clients about their next step, which is to meet with their outside sales professional. You continuously develop your sales skills by partnering with leadership and strategic internal teams. As you continue to grow and demonstrate outstanding proficiency, you will be considered a strong candidate for a direct sales role within a year of hire. You report to the Manager of Sales Support for goals, guidance and assistance.

Required keys for success:Two years of previous sales support or telecommunications experienceDesire to learn and succeed in technology salesPositive attitude and inner strength to push themselves with the ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge in a team environmentCoachable with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to multitask and work effectively with required deadlinesAptitude to learn the Spectrum Enterprise product suite and style of salesHighly organized with the ability to foster changeEffective written and spoken English communication skills with the ability to engage clients over the phoneHow you will stand out from the crowd:Experience with SalesforceKnowledge of the telecommunications industryYour education:Bachelor s Degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required)Master s Degree in a sales field or an equivalent level of sales experience (preferred) Associated topics: call, call center, cold call, networking, phone, solicit, telemarketer, telesales, telephone, web conferencing
