Customer Service Representative

Service Support Representative is the back-office support for the
Greyhound Package Express Call Centers. L2 escalated calls
are also handled in this position.
Package Express quotes, tracing requests, field assistance and
complaints via phone/email.
- Build online
orders for Shipbybus customers in a timely manner.
- Handle all
tracing requests via phone/email and assist in Salesforce tracing
- Handle all L1
and L2 calls as they present in queue.
- Process all
email and written correspondence.
- Log customer’s
complaints / compliments into Salesforce and assist the customers
- Follow up with
updated customer tracer information.
- Provide order
assistance for GPX Customers
duties assigned by Management
- High School
diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years Call
Center / Administrative.
- 1+ years
Customer Service experience.
