We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate disposition specialist. The Disposition Specialist will be responsible for managing the sales process of our properties, ensuring that each property is sold quickly and for the highest possible price. Responsibilities:
--- Market properties according to established procedures
--- Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process
--- Manage the sales process of our wholesale properties from listing to closing
--- Develop and maintain relationships with buyers and their agents to increase repeat business
--- Prepare and present property reports and analyses to the team
--- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and maintain accurate records
--- Attend networking events to build relationships with potential buyers and industry professionals

Qualifications:
--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
--- At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in wholesaling or investment sales
--- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
--- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
--- Familiarity with CRM software and other real estate tools
