Job Description:
A company is looking for a Certified Residential Appraiser
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct unbiased valuations of residential real estate and complete
appraisal reports in accordance with relevant guidelines
Inspect residential properties and document data collection with
photographs, measurements, and notes
Collaborate with Senior Appraisers to ensure quality and meet
department turn time expectations
Required Qualifications
Active Appraiser Certification as required by the state's
regulatory agency
Zero disciplinary actions within the past +/-10 years
Proficiency in sales comparison, cost, and income approaches to
value
Experience with local MLS and real estate data sources
Valid Driver's License
