As a Recruiter with us, you will lead the development of workforces that are custom designed to fit in to the partner's corporate culture and standards while meeting their business needs and goals. Responsible for all recruiting activities within a facility, you will place advertisements, organize and attend job fairs and other recruiting events in the local community. Conduct candidate interviews as part of a strategic recruiting plan, that you'll develop and execute, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timeframe of campaigns. Daily hiring decisions and management of our paperless recruiting operations, especially during high volume season, will be your responsibility to ensure that our partner operations are fully staffed. Regular partner follow-up will be essential to your success. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: MEDIA & EVENTS PLANNING Monitor effectiveness of all ad campaigns and other traffic-inducing recruiting efforts. Track analyze and report on metrics and effectiveness of our programs. Arrange local and remote job fairs. RECRUITING & HIRING Create an ongoing candidate pipeline, evaluating the effectiveness of the online application process. Optimize the application process as needed. Deliver effective orientations to new associates. Handle the placement of light industrial candidates/employees in warehouse production positions with our client company. Maintain and coordinate activities to include directing applicant traffic and pre-screening. Daily screening and recruiting for hourly associates by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications. Track and report daily recruiting activity. COMMUNITY RELATIONS Develop and maintain short and long-term relationships with event, conference, and program-sourced leads- working with the community. Evaluate and implement effective community outreach programs Establish relationships with local sources as well as traditional recruiting methods for filling positions. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Ability to handle Human Resources, Employee Relations, and Safety issues effectively. Deliver results with little supervision. Work with multiple groups, including remote teams. Effectively manage multiple projects and candidates while preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Strong interpersonal skills while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality at all times. TRAVEL This position requires a very loyal and dedicated employee that can work alone with little direction. Good transportation is essential, as well as a working cell phone. The position requires someone capable of sourcing and assessing associates for a client site - mostly warehouse-type positions. Must be self-disciplined and must produce results. Approximately 10-15% travel may be required. EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years experience in recruiting or human resources and/or related field
• Strongly prefer proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven experience with recruiting for all levels, from light industrial to clerical
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and high-volume staffing environment
  • Knowledge of HR laws and policies for interviewing/recruiting/hiring
  • Must have experience conducting job fairs, working with non-profit organizations, community organizations, and other recruiting sources
