• Positive attitude, professional workmanship and excellent communication skills.
• Manage RFI's and submittal process, and deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Oversee and contribute to daily job site performance and execution for on time and efficient project delivery/completion.
• Prepare and attend pre-job meetings with Field Foreman and support team.
• Reviews, evaluates, and may develop schedules, logistics plans.
• Collaborate with project Foreman and others to anticipate project requirements and expectations.
• Build a job site team environment through communication, managing and collaborating with jobsite personnel and specialty contractors/vendors.
• Perform project start-up requirements.
• Review daily the project status with daily reports and updates from Bid 2 Win.
• Assist with evaluation of schedule impacts.
• Forecast and schedule timely delivery of concrete pours and other materials.
• Routine Onsite Quality Control inspection.
• Prepares budget projections to meet the needs of the project.
• Ensure that warranty call-backs are pro-actively resolved.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Bid 2 Win.

    • Minimum of 5 years in construction worker management
    • Supervising commercial concrete and projects
    • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
    • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
