If this appeals to you, explore a career with Dal-Tile.The Principal Analyst, IT Supply Chain Logistics, will lead the team responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing logistics and materials management processes, primarily using SAP. This role covers procurement, shipment, and inventory management, ensuring seamless operations, resolving complex issues, and driving continuous improvements, especially in SAP modules like SD, WM, PP, and FI/CO.Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve issues across the procurement cycle, including PR, PO, and STO.
• Manage ATP checks to ensure accurate stock availability and delivery dates, optimizing real-time availability across warehouses.
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and stock management issues.
• Address errors in goods receipt, goods issue, and stock transfers, coordinating with FI/CO for correct postings.
• Resolve shipment process issues, including route and transportation planning errors.
• Support logistics configuration, including delivery types and shipping documentation.
• Integrate with SAP TM, EWM, and external logistics systems for freight and shipment tracking.
• Assist with shipment documentation and compliance with international trade standards.
• Support EDI processes for procurement and logistics, troubleshooting IDoc failures and mapping errors.
• Collaborate with middleware teams to resolve connectivity issues.
• Configure special stock processes like consignment and subcontractor stocks.
• Participate in workshops to align procurement and logistics with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other regulations in procurement, inventory, and shipping.Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• 1-3 years of management experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP experience.
• Proven ERP system expertise, including SDLC understanding.
• Deep knowledge of SAP business processes and modules.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6 and S/4HANA 2021 or newer.
• Participation in large SAP implementations or migrations, including ECC to S/4HANA.
• Technical SAP skills (ABAP, IDOC, BAPI, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Proficiency with project management and issue tracking tools.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative team player capable of managing multiple projects.
