Path Construction seeks a qualified Senior Project Manager to join our organization in the Dallas, TX area. We are a rapidly growing general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL; Charlotte, NC; Knoxville, TN; Tampa, FL; Dallas, TX; and Scottsdale, AZ, with projects ongoing throughout the country. The right candidate will have at least 7 years of project management experience in healthcare construction. Path is looking for individuals with strong technical skills, good communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities for Senior Project Managers include:

• Leading and managing a project team to ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Managing project costs with full P+L responsibility.
  
• Overseeing daily activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
  
• Contract administration, procurement, estimating, and managing pay requests and change orders.
  
• Handling requests for information, scheduling, tracking submittals, and safety controls.
  
• Maintaining and delivering a high level of quality throughout the project.

  Minimum Requirements:
  

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture.
  
• 7+ years of construction experience, including healthcare.
  
• Experience with Primavera or Microsoft Project for scheduling.
  
• Occasional travel (1-3 days per month).
  
• Estimating experience is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
