Job Description:

Position SummaryWorks closely with sales personnel to provide support for the Community Pharmacy & Health Sales teams to include daily customer/account maintenance, issue research/resolution, report/presentation preparation/analytics and some new customer implementation efforts. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer/Account Maintenance - Daily account maintenance; Regulatory license validation and updates; Sales territory management and updates; inventory clean-ups, EDI set up, etc; Issue research/resolution internal BUs, field sales and escalated customer service; returns, EDI/CRRB issue resolution, etc; Work closely with sales personnel and across the organization to ensure customer needs are met (within contractual agreements) Field Sales Support Assist in preparation of reports and presentations; some data analytics; Act as an information source on organizational policies and procedures SOPs establish, follow and maintain standard operating procedures Build strong internal relationships throughout the network to assist in reaching teams goals, deliverables and removing potential obstacles. New account/store onboarding/opening ordersManagerial

    • Typically, minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience. May have degree or equivalent.Critical Skills

      • Extracting data from McK and customer specific databases is a plus

            • Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required. Incumbents must be able to walk more than a few feet from their workstation
