x215 Our client is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to lead sales
efforts in the rapidly growing Dallas-Fort Worth market. This new
role is critical to the company’s Texas expansion strategy and
offers high earning potential through uncapped commissions. The
Territory Sales Manager will focus on building strong customer
relationships, driving sales, and establishing a foothold in a
highly competitive and opportunity-rich territory. Success in this
role will directly support our clients' long-term growth goals and
market penetration in Texas. The primary functions of the Territory
Sales Manager include developing a new market territory,
strategically managing time across Dallas-Fort Worth, identifying
and engaging high-return vertical customers, and building strong
client relationships. This role relies heavily on sales execution,
cold outreach, and pipeline management to drive revenue growth
through a mix of commercial and school bus sales. If this looks

x215 Key Performance Objectives: What does success in the job look
like? Achieve a first-year sales goal of $1.5M (10–15 buses); top
performers exceed $2M (20-35 buses) or even $3.5M–$4.5M (35-60
buses). Handle average deal sizes of $100K–$200K per unit depending
on contract specifics. Demonstrate strong pipeline and time
management, CRM proficiency, and Microsoft Office skills. Operate
independently with guidance from supportive leadership in a
non-micromanaged environment Ideal candidates are driven,
adaptable, and may come from diverse backgrounds—even outside the
traditional transportation industry.Lead sales efforts in the
Dallas/Fort Worth territory as part of a strategic expansion
initiative. The role involves selling buses in an expansion
territory with an existing customer base. Starting with commercial
fleet buses and school buses Target key sectors: commercial
transportation, daycare, rentals, universities, assisted living,
casinos, and churches. Manage a dense, high-opportunity market with
a focus on time and territory optimization. Develop and maintain a
robust pipeline using CRM tools Navigate sales cycles ranging from
30 days to 6 months Ideal candidates are strategic, competitive,
and aligned with the mission of a growing, employee-owned company
expanding into a high-potential market. Hunter mentality, must be
proactive in pursuing new business and persistent in overcoming
obstacles. Demonstrated ability to build and manage a robust sales
pipeline from lead generation through closing. Strong
organizational skills to effectively manage a large, high-density
market and prioritize high-impact opportunities. Technical savvy,
comfortable using or learning CRM platforms (e.g., NetFleet) and
other sales tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
Highly driven, self-directed individuals who excel with minimal
supervision. Ability to identify and focus on high-value customer
segments and verticals that drive results. Excellent interpersonal,
communication, and relationship-building skills to engage a wide
range of clients. Display enthusiasm, urgency, and a proactive
approach to prospecting and client management. Background in
capital equipment or other high-value B2B sales is preferred but
not required. Able to flex strategies based on market and customer
needs; experience with grid-based territory planning is a plus.
Goal-oriented and money-motivated individuals who thrive in a
commission-based environment. Mechanical or technical understanding
is beneficial but not mandatory for success.
