This field-based role combines hands-on technical work with strategic support for sales and customer engagement. Your primary mission: Ensure installations are performed to the highest standards, while working closely with the Technical Sales Manager towards influencing contractors, consultants, and specifiers to confidently adopt multi-purpose solutions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver product demonstrations for contractors, roofers, consultants, and design professionals to develop strong customer relationships and inspire customer confidence. Conduct impactful, relevant training to ensure proper installation and product knowledge. Provide real-time support to contractors and applicators during installation to ensure proper techniques and best practices. Complete warranty inspections and sign-offs by verifying full compliance with installation standards. Investigate and troubleshoot installation and product quality issues to determine root cause and propose corrective actions. Work closely with the Technical Sales Manager and CTO to align technical service with business goals and complex application needs. Stay updated on industry standards, contribute feedback for product improvement, and expand product knowledge. Proactively expand technical knowledge across the full product range and evolving liquid-applied technologies. Remain up to date on relevant codes, standards, and best practices in roofing, waterproofing, and coatings (e.g., FM, UL, ASTM, NRCA, ICC-ES). Provide feedback from the field to support product development, training material updates, and technical bulletins. Required Experience, Strengths & Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish (or strong Spanish communication skills) 3 years in roofing, waterproofing, coatings, or similar construction roles Proven hands-on knowledge of roofing / waterproofing membranes, surface prep, flashing details, substrate evaluation and installations. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Dallas Fort Worth area and occasionally outside the region High level of communication skills using English as a primary language for spoken and written communication by phone or email with the ability to convey technical content clearly to varied audiences. Previous experience in technical support, field inspections, contractor training, or quality assurance preferred. Preferred industry certifications (e.g., NRCA, RCI/IIBEC), prior experience in technical support or quality assurance Good organizational and time management skills are a must with ability to prioritize work as a primarily remote employee.
