Job Description:
Sales Representative - Colorants and/or Masterbatches We are
seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join
our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
promoting and selling products to new and existing clients in the
plastics industry. This role requires a deep understanding of
customer needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to
build and maintain strong business relationships. Key
Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and
target new business opportunities while nurturing relationships
with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Product Promotion:
Effectively communicate the benefits and applications of products
to potential clients. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years
in sales, preferably in colorants and/or masterbaching. Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Skills: Strong
negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Knowledge:
Understanding of the plastics manufacturing process and colorant
applications is a plus. Travel: Willingness to travel within the
