Skilled Nursing Provider Are you a passionate and results-driven
healthcare sales leader looking to make a meaningful impact across

are currently seeking a Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to
drive growth, lead strategic initiatives, and support a portfolio
of high-performing skilled nursing facilities across the Rio Grande
Valley, Corpus Christi, Brownsville, and Laredo markets. About the
Role: In this key leadership position, you will provide oversight,
coaching, and support to the sales and admissions teams at 10
skilled nursing communities. You will partner closely with
executive and operational leaders to ensure census growth, market
positioning, and brand strength throughout the region. What You’ll
Do: - Serve as a strategic partner to local teams, the Vice
President of Sales & Marketing, and the Vice President of
Operations. - Coach and mentor on-site Directors of Admissions and
business development team members to execute proven sales
strategies and foster referral relationships. - Conduct routine
community visits across the region, with weekly travel (3-4 days
per week) to ensure alignment, consistency, and performance. -
Analyze regional market trends, identify growth opportunities, and
assist communities in meeting and exceeding census and occupancy
goals. - Actively contribute to quarterly business planning and
marketing strategy development. - Participate in system-wide sales
initiatives and share best practices across the enterprise. -
Eligible for participation in Touchstone’s Sales & Marketing Bonus
Program based on regional performance metrics. Who You Are: - A
collaborative and energetic leader with a proven track record in
census development, referral relationship management, and team
coaching. - Previous experience as an Area or Regional Sales &
Business Development Manager within long-term care, post-acute, or
senior living is required. - Must reside in the greater Rio Grande
Valley or Corpus Christi, TX region. - Able to travel throughout
the assigned territory regularly and as needed. Why Join
