dynamic Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist to join our Sales &
Business Development team. This role is ideal for individuals
passionate about providing tailored insurance solutions to a broad
range of commercial clients. As a specialist in commercial
insurance, you will play a key role in expanding GEICOs market
share by leveraging our reputation for innovation and commitment to
customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in cultivating new
relationships and maintaining existing ones, ensuring that our
commercial clients receive the highest level of service and
expertise. Identify prospective commercial clients and develop
strategic approaches to present GEICO's insurance products Manage
and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their
insurance needs are met Prepare and present detailed insurance
proposals tailored to the specific needs of each business Stay
informed of changes in the insurance industry and commercial market
to offer clients the most current information and services Achieve
sales targets involving new and renewal insurance policies
Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments to ensure
client satisfaction and retention Participate in industry-related
events to enhance company presence and cultivate a network of
contacts Proven sales and negotiation skills Strong understanding
of commercial insurance products and market trends Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM software
and Microsoft Office Ability to analyze financial data and assess
risks effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed to sell insurance in the
respective state Certifications like Certified Insurance Counselor
(CIC) or similar are preferred
