their careers while the company continues to expand! The Finance
Manager is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle
financing and protection product process while ensuring a
compliant, transparent, and positive purchase experience. This role
partners closely with the sales team to maximize profitability,
maintain lender relationships, and uphold Honda brand standards.
What You’ll Do: Present and sell finance and insurance products
(extended warranties, GAP, maintenance plans, etc.) Secure
competitive financing through approved lenders Ensure all deals are
compliant with federal and state guidelines Accurately complete and
submit finance contracts and required documentation Maintain strong
relationships with banks, credit unions, and captive lenders Review
credit applications and explain financing options clearly to
customers Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to
close deals efficiently Maintain CSI standards and deliver an
exceptional customer experience Stay current on Honda programs,
incentives, and compliance updates What You’ll Need: Previous
automotive Finance Manager experience required (Hyundai/Genesis
experience a plus) Strong understanding of automotive lending,
F&I products, and compliance Proven ability to meet or exceed
monthly finance and product penetration goals Excellent
communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with strong
organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership
environment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
