We're currently seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent Trainee to support our growth in Sales and Marketing. This is a unique opportunity for someone who already holds their Property & Casualty (P&C) license and is ready to take the next step in their insurance career. This is a full-time, in-office role - remote work is not available. Position Type: Full-Time | In-Office What You'll Do: Engage in value-based conversations with prospects and customers to understand their insurance needs Market and promote State Farm insurance products and services (Auto, Home, Renters, Business, and more) Participate in community marketing, outreach events, and social media campaigns Generate and follow up on leads from multiple sources (referrals, local events, digital marketing, etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up Support office goals through both service and sales activities Maintain accurate records using State Farm systems What We Offer: Competitive base salary plus commission/bonuses PTO/Vacation time Training and mentorship from experienced professionals Health Insurance Life Insurance 401K Qualifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required Sales or marketing experience preferred but not required Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong interpersonal skills and customer-first mindset Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Must be able to work full-time in-office Location: This position is based in our office located in Haslett, TX - candidates must be located within commuting distance.
