Are you ready to take off on your next career with us?Job SummaryThe Senior Operations Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities through subordinate personnel to optimize the use of equipment, facilities, and personnel. They consult with airport management, manage and motivate operational staff, and cooperate with upper management to formulate policies and procedures. The role involves analyzing daily operation records, reviewing expenditures, financial and operational reports, and preparing recommendations for management evaluation.Responsibilities

• Recommend capital expenditures for new equipment to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Approve requisitions for equipment, materials, and supplies within the facility's budget limits.
• Maintain and control all operational aspects in accordance with the corporate security program and TSA legislation.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements to maintain continuity and adherence.
• Implement and clarify the site-specific security plan, ensuring all staff are issued company IDs and display them appropriately.
• Enforce compliance with policies, procedures, safety rules, and regulations among personnel.
• Investigate internal and external complaints related to the facility.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers of equipment and materials.
• Require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 2-5 years of related experience.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Ability to interpret instructions and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
• Effective presentation skills for top management and boards of directors.Preferred Skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Problem-solving skills, including data collection and analysis.
  • Customer service skills for responding to inquiries and complaints.
