The role is crucial in providing detailed ultrasound examinations to assess fetal growth and development, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of fetal conditions. The selected candidate will work in a dynamic environment supported by cutting-edge technology and a multidisciplinary team dedicated to excellence in maternal-fetal medicine. Perform detailed and complex obstetrical sonographic examinations to assess fetal and maternal health. Analyze sonograms, synthesize sonographic information and medical history, and communicate findings to the appropriate physician. Maintain patient records and add medical notes related to the ultrasound procedure. Assist physicians during invasive procedures such as amniocentesis. Adhere to departmental policies and protocols to comply with safety standards. Educate patients and their families about the procedure and answer their concerns to ensure comfort and understanding. Proficient in using ultrasound equipment for complex obstetrical examinations. Strong analytical skills to interpret sonographic data. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to provide compassionate care and handle sensitive situations with professionalism. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
