Job Description Job Description Diversified is hiring for an energetic, motivated Bilingual Onsite Coordinator for one of our valued clients in Waxahachie! Hours: 8am-5pm, Must be flexible to cover all 3 shifts overnights included. $Pay- $23-$25/hr The Bilingual Onsite Staffing Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between a staffing agency, employees and client. Managing temporary staffing operations directly at the client's location. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance. They fill job orders, manage employee relations, and handle payroll/timekeeping to optimize workforce productivity. Must be able to communicate with employees English/Spanish. Skills Communication skills Energetic, Go getter attitude Multitasking Bilingual- English/Spanish Time management Must be able to be ok with warehouse non climate controlled environment.
